If I had tried this, I would have ended up in the water.

Island Hopping Weekend!
This past weekend, Tim and I traveled to Seonyudo Island, an island off the western coast of Korea. We went with a tour group called Adventure Korea, which offers lots of weekend trips to foreigners throughout the year. Early on Saturday morning, we took a 3 hour bus ride down to the western coast, and then an hour and a half ferry ride to the island. Seonyudo Island is really unique because it is connected to three other islands by bridges. There are no vehicles allowed on the island, so biking is a great way to explore! On Saturday we biked all around the islands and went on some hiking trails that we found. It was a sunny day, but not as warm as we had hoped it would be. But we had so much fun! Sunday we learned how to catch shellfish and saw what they call the "Moses Miracle." It is an area of land that is covered by water when the tide is in, but completely accessible when the tide is out. Since the tide was out, we climbed up the rocks that would have otherwise been an island. We had a blast exploring and seeing the breathtaking scenery! We feel so lucky to be in Korea where we can see beautiful places like this!
