Any Place I Hang My Hat: Fun in The Fort

A few days after Tim got back from Arizona, we took a trip to Fort Wayne. There were many people to see there! The first day there, I spent the day with the best college roommate in the world, Kelsey and her kids, Brenna and Westin, which was a blast! When I walked in the door, Brenna said in the cutest voice ever, "Would you like to see my room?" :) Those kids are really some of the most adorable kids in the world! We also went over to visit our friend, Jess Ryan and new baby Caleb, which was lots of fun. Tim went to visit his friend, Dan Hamrick and fam because they happened to be in town at that time, too. Later that night, we met our friends, Sam and Jenni at a restaurant to wait for Phil and Allison (Tim's college friends) and surprise Phil for his 30th birthday! Allison had set everything up with Jenni ahead of time. He was really surprised since Tim and I, and Sam and Jenni are from out of town. We had dinner together and then went back to Phil and Allison's house for birthday cake and more partying with whoppee cushions and toy musical instruments! Phil and Allison's boys, Luke and Micah are adorable and so much fun! At one point, Luke said, "What a great party we have!" We all had such a great time together! Tim and I spent the night at Phil and Allison's that night, and then hung out with them a little bit the next day. Allison showed me how to make cheese and butter (which was awesome), and the boys played golf in the backyard with Luke's mini golf clubs. :) It was such a great time of seeing amazing friends and their amazing kids!
